Bid portal

This site receives proposals for E-Rate requests for bids prepared by BlackTree.

Each request has its own link, printed in the narrative of its FCC Form 470 and in its RFP. Open that link to read the request, ask questions and submit a proposal.

BlackTree is the applicant's E-Rate consultant and does not sell services or equipment.
